The Hydraulic Service Containers are perfectly prepared for their specific use at your plant: they are equipped with hose cutting, peeling and crimping machines, a nipple insertion device, hose reels, a compressor, a hose cleaning system and a high-pressure test bench on request. They also have sufficient space for storing hose materials and components. Technicians assemble customised hydraulic hose lines in these containers in accordance with DIN/EN/ISO standards and mark them in accordance with DIN/EN/ISO 4403. HANSA-FLEX’s services are not limited to setting up hydraulic containers: on request, our hydraulic experts also conduct more intensive training sessions directly on site. In these sessions, employees acquire all the necessary knowledge and skills to pre-assemble hoses and components in accordance with applicable standards. The successful completion of the training is confirmed with a certificate.
