HANSA-FLEX production facilities can confidently meet a wide range of customer requirements. We individually produce prototypes according to customer specifications and implement special projects, or we reproduce components as one-off products or in small or large series production. As our in-house know-how and skills cover the entire spectrum of hydraulics, we produce and pre-assemble customised combinations of hoses, pipes, expansion joints, cylinders and special fittings, often combining them into complete component groups. The highest process reliability and state-of-the-art machinery enable us to perform large series productions of tens of thousands of products per month as an OEM supplier to industrial customers.

In our production facilities, we are fully conversant with a wide range of production techniques. We also have qualified and certified specialist personnel and state-of-the-art machinery.

Our production activities are not limited to component manufacture. As a system partner, we are there to help and support our customers throughout the entire production process. We design products according to the customer’s specific requirements, develop them and optimise them until everything is just right. After production, we take care of quality assurance and initial commissioning. Not only for small batches of parts, but also for series production on an industrial scale. On the logistics side, we support our customers with ready-to-install kits, Just-in-Time or Just-in-Sequence delivery and the Kanban system.
