We reliably maintain a consistently high quality even with large production volumes. This is due to our working processes which are designed to work together efficiently and are optimised by a continuous improvement process (CIP). We also operate a quality management system that meets the highest standards. By working in our clean room, we ensure the technical cleanliness of hose lines, pipe lines and other hydraulic components even in large series production. By taking this level of extreme care, we prevent even the finest particles from contaminating hydraulic systems.
State-of-the-art production machinery and equipment
Our practically proven production processes run on state-of-the-art machinery and guarantee consistently high quality. Our range of machinery includes automatic cutting machines, semi-automatic cleaning systems, hydraulic hose crimping machines with crimp size monitoring, CNC bending machines, fully automated bending robots and orbital welding equipment. With these resources, we can produce hose lines in nominal diameters of 3 to 50 mm and precision pipes in diameters of 4.00 to 101.60 mm. Thanks to our in-house capability to produce special fittings, we can produce hose lines and pipe lines that precisely meet your needs.
